Huayang Steel Pipe Now Accepting Orders for Small-Diameter HFW Pipes!
With the new HFW workshop project progressing at full speed, Huayang Steel Pipe has officially commissioned three new high-frequency welded pipe production lines. Orders are now open for small-diameter HFW steel pipes. This production upgrade will further expand the available product range, offering more steel pipe options for different engineering projects.
Expanded HFW Pipe Range
With the three new HFW production lines in operation, Huayang Steel Pipe’s HFW pipes will be available in diameters as small as 48 mm. Common specifications include 48 mm, 60 mm, 95 mm, 102 mm, and 121 mm, with wall thicknesses ranging from 2 mm to 12 mm. Specific dimensions and technical requirements can be confirmed according to individual project needs.
These small-diameter HFW pipes can be used in a variety of applications, including scaffolding for construction projects, temporary support structures, structural steel components, automotive components, selected mechanical equipment, and general industrial structures. They provide versatile pipe options for different construction and manufacturing requirements.
Meanwhile, Huayang Steel Pipe’s overall production range for longitudinally welded steel pipes will expand to 48–2,800 mm as the new lines are progressively brought into operation. Covering both HFW pipes and large-diameter longitudinally welded pipes, this expanded range further strengthens the company’s product portfolio and helps meet the diverse procurement needs of customers worldwide.
Upgrading Manufacturing Capabilities
